NASTAR is open to anyone. You do not need previous racing experience to participate. Helmets are required to race.
NASTAR includes alpine skiing, snowboarding, telemark, snowbike and adaptive disciplines. Tell the race staff which discipline you are racing. Check with the mountain about its course schedule and local arrangements.
Register at NASTAR.com to receive or claim your permanent NASTAR ID and sign the current season's waiver. Then find a participating mountain and read what to do when you arrive.
