The most successful female ski racer in the world with 82 career World Cup victories, Lindsey Vonn (Vail, Colo.) announced that she will retire after what will be her eighth World Championships bid in Åre, Sweden, this week.

Vonn is scheduled to race in Tuesday’s super-G, which will be broadcast live on the NBC Sports Network and streamed live on NBC Sports Gold at 6:25 a.m. EDT.

Sunday’s downhill at the 2019 FIS Ski World Championships will be her final race. NBC will broadcast the race on the Olympic Channel - Home of Team USA - Saturday at 6:30 a.m. EST. Live streaming will also be provided on OlympicChannel.com and NBC Sports Gold. NBC will provide a one-hour recap on Sunday at 3:30 p.m. EST.
